    Our mission is to provide free and low cost fraud fighting tools to everyone who needs them. If you accept credit card payments online, this is for you! Simply submit some basic details of your transaction and we provide you with related information so you can evaluate your transaction.

  • How are you different from the other companies out there fighting fraud?

    First, we have found that fraud fighting companies are often not transparent about their pricing. They force you to call sales or submit a form for sales to call you. Our pricing is listed on our pricing page. Second, it can take weeks to get access to their tools. So many have a lengthy, expensive sales process that continues into a long development process. Register now and start using our service immediately!

  • Is Snare Labs expensive?

    Our basic account is free. Related pricing is here. If you find our basic account to be useful, you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to a paid account if you hit your limit.

  • Help! I am being hit by a lot of fraud right NOW. Can you help?

    Please contact us. We’re happy to help provide you with some expert advice and we know how it feels to to be under attack from criminals. No bat signal required.

  • Is it hard to set up? Do I need to get IT involved?

    After registering, you can access the Snare dashboard which is a simple form. If you can use Facebook, you can use our tools. If you want to use our API, you likely need to make friends with a developer. Better yet, pay them! We’ve made it pretty simple AND we’ll have a sandbox soon for free testing before launch.
